Account data (when you sign in)

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID. We store this to identify your account and manage your subscription.

Payment data

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage access.

Usage data

We log which tickers you view, which audience level you select, and when you use the AI exploration feature. This helps us improve the product and enforce tier limits.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across sites. All data is aggregated — we see page views, not individual visitors.

Waitlist

If you join our waitlist, we store your email address and which pricing tier you selected. We use this only to notify you when access is available.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Manage your subscription and enforce tier limits
  • Send transactional emails (subscription confirmations, billing issues)
  • Improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns
  • Notify waitlist subscribers when access is available

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone except our payment processor (Stripe).

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS via Cloudflare) and follow standard security practices for data at rest.

  • Deletion — removal of your account and associated data
  • Correction — updates to inaccurate information
